At Homme D'affaire the shipping policy goes as follows:

Expected Shipping Days

  • 5-10 days in the US

  • 14 days outside the US

Please note that domestic carriers are operating with a delay of an extra 5-10 business days on top of the defined transit timeframes owing to COVID, so please allow 3 business days for processing your purchase before shipping.

Exchange Policy
 

Homme D'affaire's return and refund policy goes as follows: 

  • Within 5 days of the purchase, we provide free returns.

  • Email (baruchhommedaffaireceo@gmail.com) with the Subject Line “Return and Refund” for faster processing

 

Please take note of the following: 

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

  • Items returned must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. 

  • Returned items must not show any traces of wear or usage.

Please carry out the following actions to start a return:

  • In order to contact and monitor your package, please include your order number, email address, and phone number in your email. Additionally, please let us know the size and product you would like to return. 

  • We have the right to refuse a refund if the order does not fulfill our return criteria.

  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed.

Returns prior to delivery: 

  • If the product you ordered has not yet left our hands and has not yet been dispatched, you may submit a refund request to (baruchhommedaffaireceo@gmail.com) with the Subject Line "Return In Transit"

  • International returns (from outside the United States) will still be handled, however, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the returned items.
